Place an order on-line OR... if you prefer to send a check or money order, print your order and provide a shipping account number & mail it to us. If you don't have a shipping account number, complete the order as if you are using a credit card, then you will have the shipping costs for your order and include it with your payment.

- Most orders are filled within 1-2 business days except for custom mounted print items (i.e. game board prints) which may take 2-5 business days. Selecting shipping via 2-Day or Expedited shipping options will still require 1-2 business days to fill the order.
- Delivery times on all orders are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for how shipping company's handle their deliveries.
- ALL orders may require additional costs depending on the weight of the item being shipped. You will be contacted via email, if you wish to cancel at that time, there is no charge and you will receive a full refund.

U.S.A. Orders are shipped via FedEx for larger orders such as game boards and boxes (once shipped, delivered within approximately 5 business days) & U.S. Post Office for small orders such as dice and pawns (once shipped, delivered within approximately 2-3 business days). Shipping is estimated only, based on approximate weight and dimensions. Shipping charges may vary depending on pricing charged by the shipping company and the weight of the item. If at that time you do not want to place the order, we will provide a full refund! Please do not use a Post Office Box as the ship to address or the order may not be deliverable.

- Priority Mail: via USPS (United States Postal Service) delivered in 2-3 business days. All items must fit into an envelope 9-1/2" x 12-1/2" in size. Smaller items ordered (pawns, dice, chips, money, etc.) that fit into this envelope will ship this way.
- Ground: via FedEx Ground service delivered in 5 business days. Larger items ordered (game boards, boxes, large blank sheets, prints, etc.) will ship this way.
- Two-Day Shipping: via FedEx Express 2-3 day service (ships 2-day FedEx according to FedEx)
- Expedited Air Service: via FedEx Express 1-2 day service (ships 1-day FedEx (according to FedEx), standard overnight, next business afternoon).

International Orders (Outside the U.S.A.)

International Orders may require additional shipping charges. Once you place your order, if additional shipping is required, using your ship to address, we will be able to determine the additional amount. Shipping is estimated only, based on weight and dimensions. Shipping charges may vary depending on pricing charged by the shipping company. If at that time you do not want to place the order, we will provide a full refund!

- Ground (available only to Canada): via FedEx Ground service delivered in 5 business days. Larger items ordered (game boards, boxes, large blank sheets, prints, etc.) will ship this way for Canadian orders.
- Expedited Flat Rate Shipping: via the Post Office is delivered in approximately 6-10 business days. All items must fit into an envelope 9-1/2" x 12-1/2" in size. Smaller items ordered (pawns, dice, money, etc.) that fit into this envelope will ship this way.
- International Economy: via the Post Office is delivered in 10+ business days. Larger items ordered (game boards, boxes, large blank sheets, prints, etc.) will ship this way.

REFUNDS:
No refunds, No Returns, No Exchanges. However, if you contact us we may be able to help you with a solution. Upon these exceptions, return shipping is non-refundable plus a 30% restocking fee will apply, and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be provided by us before acceptance of the return.
